Introduction
Cooperative learning is one of many important elements in learning. Many people especially student have been used cooperative learning as their learning method. Cooperative learning can also be used to improve the student social skill. The student can learn how to work together to solve a problem. I choose this topic because many people usually prefer to work alone in learning in other word without cooperative learning, and I hope this will help many people out there. The fourth is structuring materials it means the group has two options either they share they resources for example one pen for the whole group or they must have other resources for example paper work and information paper, and join them altogether. The last is structuring the rules it means that the group member must share the responsibility for the group task for example no one be allowed to leave the class room before each of member finished their previous task. According to Johnson ET all cooperative learning positive result in promotive interaction, which is a person, supporting and assisting each of group member effort to accomplish and finish the assignment, so the group member can achieve their goals.

In some learning classes when using cooperative learning, as a learning method student will learn how to socialize with the group member each of them must active doing the assignment. Researcher has been research some situation that involve cooperative learning as a learning method student have to work to finished academic task that is given by the teacher in the classroom. This research has a result which student who uses cooperative learning, and when they work together in a group that has different ability complete the task, and then the teacher base on group achievements will mark them this method of learning will help student to understand teacher instruction more effective. Slavins (1987) said he reviewed 46 experimental studies result, that cooperative learning improve students’ performance and it can also help teacher to control the class this is one of many effect of cooperative learning. One of the impacts of cooperative learning is how teacher grade its student in-group, because some student have perception that it is not fair for all group member have the same grade than student who working as individual alone, and they is being grade individually.
Cashwell, Hwong, Johnson and Johnson has a result about their result in cooperative learning in some college that College student who is studying in groups using a cooperative learning as a learning method, and all the member is given the same grade by the teacher is more fair than college student do their task individually. Johnson, Johnson and Holubec, 1996 said that cooperative learning has a result in how student effort to achieve their goal, the student can build a positive relationship with their group member; they can improve their psychological health, and they have greater effect to the students than the result in Individualism and competitive learning.
