In addition, the organization has been designated by AARP as a Best Place to Work for Employees over fifty. I learned in ADM-315 Diversity in the Workplace, “attracting and retaining the best people as employees requires that organizations meet potential employees’ needs, show respect for them as individuals, and use multicultural skills in working with them” (Carr-Ruffino, 2009).
LCEC is a great company. We truly do offer great service to our customers. The relationship with my supervisor has been like no other, you can see the dedication. I learned in class ADM-303Administrative Theory & Practice a leader inspires dedication by example, doing whatever it takes to complete the next step toward the vision. By setting an example, leaders can demonstrate that there aren’t any nine-to-five jobs on the team.
I work in the Finance and Accounting Department as a Senior Customer Accounting Representative. When my co-worker retired after thirty five years, her responsibilities were handed over to me. On this letter the holder will be provided information on the best way to retrieve their funds. This must be performed no less than 60 days but not more than 120 days. This has to be done prior to the abandoned property report due date, which is before May 1st of each year.
Florida statues states that reports containing accounts with twenty five dollars or more must be submitted in an electronic format. The formatted report and check must be sent by April 30th...
